Hongirana Energy Pvt. Ltd (HEPL) is an emerging company that will manufacture and market biofuels in Karnataka in a safe, affordable and competitive framework. With our biodiesel production plant located in Sira Industrial Estate in Tumakuru district, Karnataka, we leverage technological innovations in the biofuel sector to produce Biodiesel.
Initially the Biodiesel plant capacity will be 50 tonnes per day and scalable to 100 tonnes per day. The plant compliments the focus on reducing the dependence on imported crude oil and enhancing our country’s energy security. The plant is designed to accept low and high FFA (Free Fatty Acids) feedstocks on a continuous operation basis. We use the latest technology for processing and delivering B100 biodiesel, thereby meeting ASTM and BIS, fuel grade specifications.
